The Hario V60 is the world's most famous pour-over dripper. The name comes from the 60-degree angle of its conical shape. With spiral ribs and a large bottom hole, it gives the barista full control over extraction.
Basic Recipe
- 15 g coffee ground medium-fine
- Insert filter and rinse with hot water
- Bloom: Pour 30 ml water, wait 30-45 seconds
- Main pour: Pour in circular motions to 250 ml
- Total time: approx. 2:30-3:30 minutes
