Peru is South America's third-largest coffee producer and has established itself as a source of excellent specialty coffees. Most grows on small farms in the Andes between 1,200 and 2,000 meters.
Growing Regions
Cajamarca
Located in northern Peru, known for sweet, fruity coffees. Volcanic soils and mild climate.
Cusco
The highland region produces complex, chocolatey coffees with mild acidity. Many farms are organically certified.
Junín / Chanchamayo
The "gateway to the jungle" combines Andean climate with tropical humidity. Coffees are full-bodied with nutty aromas.

Organic and Fair Trade
